These terms and conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which Damian Dzik, provides web design and development services to clients. By engaging our services, Clients agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
We will provide web design and development services as agreed upon with the Client. Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be specified in a separate agreement or proposal.
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered. A deposit may be required before work begins. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, the Client will receive ownership of the final deliverables for their intended use. Any materials provided by the Client for the project are assumed to be owned by the Client or properly licensed. Damian Dzik shall not be held liable for any legal or regulatory issues that may arise from the Client's use of the final deliverables.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Client revisions within the scope of the project. Additional charges may apply for substantial changes.
The client is obligated to 2 free revisions, one once the design is complete, the second once the website is developed. This allows the client to fix and tweak some details before completing the project.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private. We may showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the website or services provided. Clients agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from content, functionality, or use of the website.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. This Agreement shall be governed by the Irish law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes. By engaging our services, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
